Tying the Knot |

Adjusting Halters The knots on the halters are all movable. Just push them together to loosen (must be clean) and slide knot one way or the other. By doing this, you can make the nose larger or smaller. Where there are two matching knots make sure that they are even. Instructions to make your own rope halter: http://www.goddijn.com/halter/ |

Washing: I suggest soaking overnight in the washing machine. You only need to agitate for a minute or so. Prolonged agitation may cause the core to push through the outer covering. Use of a lingerie bag will keep halter from tangling. Remove from machine, rinse & hang to dry.
PLEASE NOTE: It is UNSAFE to leave a rope halter on a loose horse
